The rules differ across the river. Wisconsin is an at-fault auto state with 25/50/10 minimum liability, while Minnesota is a no-fault state with 30/60/10 liability plus $40,000 of personal injury protection. We'll explain the rules that apply to you.

What happens at renewal? +

We offer a free coverage review before your renewal — just ask, or we'll reach out. We look at the price, your deductibles, and whether your limits still fit your home, cars, and family.

Minnesota home policies have been changing. Many now carry wind and hail deductibles of 1–2% of the home's insured value. Under Minnesota law, an insurer must give 60 days' notice before nonrenewing a homeowners policy, and 60 days' notice with a dollar example before moving you to a percentage weather deductible. If something changes, we'll walk you through it and look at your options.
